Purpose
Transform your business from the inside out by managing multiple projects in a clear, consistent, and streamlined way.
Background
Once you start growing your business, it’s not just about delivering your offer—it’s about transforming how your business runs behind the scenes.
Maybe you’re implementing new systems, launching a client experience upgrade, or preparing to scale.
These internal shifts can be just as complex as delivering to clients.
The key to keeping it all together? A solid project management system.
In Module 2, Lesson 3 of the Accelerator, we dive into how to manage multiple internal projects so your business becomes more efficient, aligned, and ready for the next level.
Ingredients
A centralized project database (Notion or your project tool of choice)
Clear priority-to-project mapping
Defined milestones, dates, and owners
A structure for linking related tasks and assets
Steps to Implement
Start With Your Priorities
Reference your Top 3 Priorities from your scorecard strategy.
Every project should connect to one of these priorities.
Create a Project for Each Initiative
Name the project clearly: "Update Onboarding Process" or "Build Internal Wiki."
Include descriptions and outcomes to align the team.
Break Projects into Activities and Assets
Activities: What needs to get done?
Assets: What supporting documents, templates, or videos are required?
Assign Milestones and Team Members
Set due dates, next check-ins, and responsible owners.
Avoid overlapping ownership—every action should have one lead.
Use Views to Stay Organized
Create filtered views by team, by status, and by due date.
This allows you to check what’s in progress without feeling overwhelmed.
Preparation Notes
Managing multiple projects doesn’t mean working on everything at once—focus on sequencing.
Visualize each project like a dish in the kitchen: some are on the stove, some are prepped, some are ready to serve.
Regularly review progress and reassign priorities if something’s stalled.
If you’re a solo operator, use these systems to plan and pace your workload.
By building a project management system tied to your internal transformation goals, you gain clarity, reduce overwhelm, and create a roadmap that actually delivers results. The goal isn’t just to get more done—it’s to move forward with intention.
