Purpose

Discover how MDM becomes a momentum-multiplying partner—not just a vendor—in your business.

Background

When I say “I’m on your team,” it’s not lip service—it’s a system-level promise.

As a vendor-contractor, I may not be on your payroll, but my role is as integrated as any key hire. MDM isn’t just guidance—it’s co-piloting. We help CEOs and their teams centralize operations, streamline information, and unlock performance through belief and structure.

This isn’t about theory. It’s about creating a business that runs on clarity and confidence. Here’s what that looks like at every stage of our journey together.

Ingredients

  • Growth Scorecard: A clear snapshot of where your business is now—and what’s possible.

  • The MDM Accelerator: A 3–6 month implementation program to set up your Million Dollar Machine.

  • Six-Pillar System: Priorities, Projects, People, Promotion, Playbooks, and Planning—all centralized.

  • Momentum Cycles: Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to keep your growth intentional.

  • Continuous Improvement: A year-long advisory path with workshops, 1:1 sessions, and group learning.

  • Performance Culture + Tech Integration: The dual engine of scalable peace and profit.

Steps to Implement (Stage-Based Framework)

Phase 1: Imagine Growth

“What would it take to take my business from where it is today into the future?”

  • This stage begins with wonder. What’s possible? What’s missing? What would feel easier?

  • The Curious Self downloads their Growth Scorecard and meets with the MDM team.

  • We co-create a plan to bridge the gap from today’s numbers to tomorrow’s goals.

Action Prompts:

  • What does your ideal business look like a year from now?

  • Where do you need more clarity—clients, systems, or confidence?

Phase 2: Implement the System

“I’m ready to build the foundation.”

  • This is where we get to work. Over 3–6 months, we implement the MDM Accelerator together.

  • You’ll engage in weekly sessions, self-guided learning, and full team participation.

  • By the end of this phase, you won’t just have a system—you’ll know how to run it.

Action Prompts:

  • Choose your top three business priorities to focus your system build.

  • Identify which team members will own each pillar in the Six-Pillar System.

Phase 3: Improve Your Potential

“I’m ready to lead from within.”

  • In this phase, we elevate a team member into the role of Momentum Practitioner—the internal steward of systems, accountability, and flow.

  • This individual becomes a sounding board to the CEO Pioneer, helping translate vision into execution and maintaining the integrity of everything built in Phase 2.

  • Typically an aspiring leader, the Momentum Practitioner is someone already showing promise—and now they’re equipped with training, structure, and support.

  • While this leader grows, your entire team continues to be supported through our advisory, workshops, 1:1 sessions, and group-based community learning over a full year.

Action Prompts:

  • Identify a team member who’s ready to step into leadership through systems.

  • Co-design a development plan that aligns their growth with your company’s next stage.

Preparation Notes

  • MDM integrates deeply without needing to be internal. We design with you, not just for you.

  • Your business success is tied not just to what you do—but how clearly you see, delegate, and evolve.

  • This is a long-term journey. While results can show up fast, real transformation happens in layers.
